Daphne Oz's Thai Chopped Chicken Salad
Whip Up This Easy-to-Make Salad Tonight
Combine the chicken, mango, snow peas and scallion in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk the olive oil, Fresno chili, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar together.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mix and toss to coat. Spoon into the lettuce cups and garnish with the peanuts. Season to taste.
