Cut cauliflower into bite-size florets. Blanch in boiling salted water for 30 seconds; drain. Melt butter with a little olive oil. When foamy add cauliflower and cook until caramelized. Cook Orecchiette for 11 minutes then add to cauliflower with some of pasta water. Toss for 20 seconds, add some pecorino and serve with bread crumbs on top.
