Diane Henderiks' Yogurt Parfait

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Gently combine yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon and honey in large bowl. Set aside.
Combine first 10 ingredients for granola in a large bowl (oats through cinnamon). Add orange juice a little at a time, stir, repeat. Drizzle honey and molasses over mixture a little at a time, stir, repeat.
Place granola in even layer on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, gently toss and bake another 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Combine all ingredients for raspberry sauce in medium saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Assemble parfait as follows:
1 cup yogurt mixture
1 tablespoon raspberry sauce
1/4 cup granola
Note: Store granola in freezer for up to 3 months.
