Ree Drummond's Patsy's Blackberry Peach Cobbler
Ree Drummond's Patsy's Blackberry Peach Cobbler

A dinner at Rummond's Oklahoma ranch is never complete without a down-home dessert. This blackberry peach cobbler is a hearty way to end a meal, or enjoy as a treat. But, cooks beware, it will disappear from your kitchen table faster than you can say yee-haw!
Ingredients
Cooking Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 3-quart baking dish with butter.
In a medium bowl, whisk 1 cup of the sugar with the flour and milk. Whisk in the remaining melted butter.
Rinse the blackberries and pat them dry. In a bowl, mix the blackberries with the peaches.
Pour the batter into the baking dish. Sprinkle the fruit evenly over the top of the batter. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over the blackberries and peaches.
Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown and bubbly. When 10 minutes of cooking time remain, sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar over the top.
Finish cooking and serve warm.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream, or both!
