Apricot Iced Tea

With millions of people getting ready to fire up their grills for July Fourth, lifestyle expert Katie Brown joined "Good Morning America" with ideas on how to add zip to a holiday cookout and jazz up your table setting.

Ingredients

  • 10 bags tea
  • 8 cups water
  • 12 ounces apricot nectar
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Mint sprigs, for garnish
  • Apricots, for garnish
  • Cooking Directions

    Steep tea for 6 minutes in 4 cups of boiling water.

    Add 4 cups of cold water, apricot nectar, mint leaves and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar.

    Chill for a few hours.

    Strain tea before serving.
