Ingredients

  • 1 cup self rising flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup beer, more if necessary
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup milk, more if necessary
  • Dill Pickles
  • Cooking oil
  • Cooking Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together and then dip your dills into the batter and put them in your hot cooking oil until they brown evenly.
