The following recipe is from the book "The Peanut Butter Diet."
Per serving: 290 calories, 10 grams protein, 30 grams carbohydrates, 16 grams fat, 3 grams saturated fat, 8 grams monounsaturated fat, 0 milligrams cholesterol.

Place the peanut butter in a microwaveable dessert dish.
Microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until melted.
Pour the pudding into the peanut butter, and stir until mixed through.
