Aug. 9, 2005— -- On Monday Natalee Holloway's mother confronted one of the two brothers who admit to being with her daughter on the night she vanished during a high school graduation trip to Aruba.

After being told the location of Deepak Kalpoe by a network news crew, Beth Holloway Twitty confronted the 21 year old about possible sexual relations with her daughter.

"I wanted to ask Deepak did he participate or did he try to help her," Twitty told ABC. "And he couldn't answer me. He could only look down at the ground. I saw his eyelids pretty much the whole time I was there."

Kaploe was held in jail for over three weeks in June, along with his brother, Satish. He may still face trial in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, but in the meantime has returned to his job at a downtown Internet café.

"I expected him if he had no involvement, if he was not a participant in the sexual acts committed against my daughter, then, yes, he could have come forward," Twitty said.

Joran van der Sloot, 18, remains in jail as the prime suspect. Prosecutors tell ABC he may stay in jail until the investigation is complete, which could take another three months.
