World Renowned chef Emeril Lagasse has been “kicking it up a notch” for years on Good Morning America.
Lagasse appears on the show just about every week with new recipes that consistantly amaze viewers. When he’s not on GMA Lagass is hosting Emeril Live and Essence of Emeril on the Food Network.
When he’s not on television, Lagasse is in his restaurants. He is the chef/owner of the critically acclaimed New Orleans restaurants Emeril’s, NOLA, and Delmonica Restaurant and Bar, and Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House in Las Vegas.
Many of his dishes can be found in his cookbooks. He’s written Emeril’s New New Orleans Cooking, Louisiana Real and Rustic and Emeril’s Creole Christmas. Lagasse lives in New Orleans.
