'GMA' Launches XM Radio Show

Dec. 15, 2005 — -- The "Good Morning America Radio Show" will debut Jan. 23, on Channel 155 on XM Satellite Radio. The show will air live 8 a.m. to noon ET, Monday through Saturday.

The "GMA" radio show is not a simulcast, but an original radio broadcast featuring radio personality Hilarie Barsky. It will combine news and interviews from "Good Morning America" and original content that expands upon segments and topics discussed on the television program.

With more than 5 million subscribers, XM is the No. 1 satellite radio service provider. This week, XM Radio announced that Bob Dylan had signed on to host a weekly one-hour program, spinning records and offering commentary on new music and other topics. His new show will begin in March.
