JUDGING: There will be three rounds of judging. If a tie occurs in either round, the entry having the highest score in the criterion of effective expression of the entrant's idea of her favorite "F-Word," with clear and appropriate examples will be deemed the winner. Decisions of judges are final and binding in all respects.

In the third round, on or about September 30, 2008, judges appointed by Sponsors will select one (1) grand prize winner based on effective expression of the entrant's idea of her favorite "F-Word," with clear and appropriate examples (50%) and entrant's personality and appeal as depicted in the entry materials and as determined by the judges in their sole judgment (50%).
