The latest on the troubled launch of the health care law. Massive glitches have plagued the website. The president will address the problems today at the white house. This morning, the department of health and human services, is admitting it's a bust. We know using healthcare.Gov is a problem for many americans. They're calling in new workers to help with glitches and PROBLEMS SINCE OCTOBER 1st. This is unacceptable. It has to be changed. Any system that deals with that many millions of people freaki frequently does have a glitch. Reporter: They're reporting confusing error messages, broken calculators, wrong information on medicaid eligibility and long delays and time-outs. When we tried to access the site, this error. A registration page filled with question marks and incoherent data. The president is expected to address the issue today. Many republicans say it's not enough. It's been a fiasco. Send air force one out to silicon valley, rode it up with smart people, bring it back to washington and fix the problem. Reporter: They're now calling on health and human services secretary kathleen sebelius to testify before committee on thursday and explain why the health carrollout is so sickly. We'll make sure this program works well. Reporter: And for that first hearing on thursday, secretary sebelius, who oversaw the site construction is not expected to testify. Her office says it is because of a conflict with timing. They're racing the clock. They have to get the fixes in before december. They do.
