According to court documents obtained by abc news, police found a white hooded sweatshirt, and baseball hat they say hernandez was wearing on the night he orchestrated the killing of the football player. They say ammunition matches the bullets found at the crime scene ON JUNE 17th. Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge. Two others allegedly involved are also in custody. On sunday, a relative of hernandez who police wanted to speak with, died in a car crash. This, as investigators are digging deeper into hernandez's past. Abc news has confirmed back in 2007, when hernandez was afreshman football player at the university of florida, he got into an altercation with boys on campus over the bill. Tim tebow, the quarterback of the team at the time, witnessed the fight and tried to break it up unsuccessfully. According to the police report, hernandez punched the manager of the bar, bursting his eardrum. No charges were ever filed.
