The case didn't go public until last week. Nearly a year after the alleged attack. Just as the heisman votes for the freshman quarterback were likely pouring in. Now, winston's accuser call the police department's investigation questionable. For many, fsu quarterback jameis winston stands at the top contender for the heisman trophy.
