He tweeted, let's say this has not been the best week in american airlines' history. One flight attendant reportedly getting on the intercom to announce. Everyone turn their cell phones off. The pilot had to return to the gate for a new crew. A four-hour delay. What's a passenger to do? Have a plan "b." Know when your next flight option might be. Ask american to put you on another airline, not just another american airlines flight. Reporter: Now, there is one small glimmer of hope.
