The 39-year-old artist slipped the woman the drug ecstasy, while the two were having dinner in los angeles, prosecutors say. For the rest of the process. And we'll be done with that. Reporter: Cee lo had faced a sexual assault charge as well in the same case. But the district attorney dropped the charge, due to lack of evidence.
