You've got one big area of low pressure pulling up that moisture from the gulf and the Atlantic -- soaking wet and we have another outbreak of Arctic air working -- and there are some cold temperatures get those two together. In exactly the right way we're gonna have snow and all those areas -- white. And here's -- totals that we think it's likely to happen with anywhere in this white to gray area which includes New York City about one to three inches -- -- places in the hot spot target -- we'll see five to seven. Possibly -- to ten inches of snow this all depends on the timing of the slows you gotta stick with the local ABC stations will be following this big Arctic outbreak affair with bone chilling cold.
