Sued for allegedly libelling a lawyer on Twitter and, yep, that's now called twibel. In a 2010 tweet love suggested that Rhonda Holmes backed out of a legal battle she was waging with Kurt co-inbane's estate, her late husband. I think Courtney's testimony today on the stand made pretty clear that she made the statements that she's accused of making that she accused Rhonda of being bought off.
