And it's an exciting new company wide initiative that is part of the company that we're proud to work for the Walt Disney company to hire and train -- returning veterans. And new program is led by the president Chief Executive Officer Bob Iger an honest Disney's long history and respect. An appreciation for American armed forces and those who served and and it's our way of recognizing and honoring the sacrifice and service of these American men and women make everything. And as part of the initiative -- will provide at least a thousand jobs and career opportunities for returning veterans over the next three years on support military families. And that's during their transition to civilian life disease also launching a nationwide awareness campaign to encourage all employers everywhere to hire veteran. And in addition to career opportunities for -- Disney is investing in non profit organizations that provide training and other. Support services for them Disney employees will also be taking part. And service projects with veterans organizations and we're so happy to do this all around the country. Yeah this is let's put it simply the right thing to do it to waited. Give back to those who have given so much -- so thankful that you have and we're proud to be able to help American military members to.
