Ken blank is a 46-year-old intern. He left his unfulfilling finance job in chicago, sold his house and moved to buffalo all for an unpaid internship to learn the design business. An internship for adults returning to the beginning of the job cycle to learn a new career. He admits it's a crazy idea. Everybody thinks I'm nuts for doing this but everybody is very supportive.
