Right to the huge development in the colorado movie theater shooting. Suspect james holmes may have mailed a notebook to the university of colorado detailing his plans. Tin vest gags into the lethal plot, aleblgedly hatched in the apartment building right behind me is heating up with the startling new discovery. Overnight, while the windows were fixed up and people were allowed back in to place formerly rigged with booby traps, behind the scenes, investigators were reading through a notebook, allegedly written by holmes, that was mailed to the university of colorado. The notebook mailed to a psychiatrist at the university and it contains, quote full details about how he was going to kill people. Drawings of what he was going to do in it. Drawings and illustrations of the massacre. They're going to start going through it, looking for preplanning, motivation, purchase of weapons. Reporter: One of the sources that spoke to fox indicated that the package arrived on campus JULY 12th, A WEEK BEFORE THE Massacre, but wasn't found until a search of the mailroom after the shooting. Campus officials say the package was delivered by the post office on the same day it was found. They refused to say if he was seeing a psychiatrist. To the best of our knowledge, we did everything we think we should have done. Reporter: On a brighter note, three of the hospitals treating the wounded have agreed to reduce or eliminate their medical bills. Many of the victims are young and uninsured.
