mystery at the Florida mansion owned by James Blake. The tenets, a family of four, were found shot to death and burned to the ground. Gio Benitez is in Tampa with the latest. Reporter: Good morning to you. This is that exclusive community. The charred house just beyond those Gates there. And right now, investigators are trying to figure out exactly how and perhaps most importantly, why, this family died. This morning, a stunning revelation about the family of four found dead inside this burning million-dollar mansion owned by tennis star, James Blake. This surveillance video obtained by ABC news, shows Darren Campbell, who lived in the home with his wife and two kids, as he stocked his cart and then purchased $650 worth of fireworks, from a shop in Tampa bay, just three days before the fire. The vice president of phantom fireworks, speaking with us overnight. He didn't say anything or do anything to raise any eyebrows in the showroom. The type of products he purchased, the amount of spent, was pretty typical. Reporter: The sheriff's office said fireworks were found throughout the over 7,000-square-foot mansion. And that Campbell also purchased several cans of gasoline. The fireworks could have been used to ignite and keep the fire aflame. Reporter: While investigators believe the fire was set intentionally, we're now learning the fire may not be what killed the family. What I can confirm to you is that all four individuals were shot. The firearm was recovered in the residence that was registered to Mr. Campbell. Reporter: The house's owner, James Blake, renting the home out to Darren Campbell and his wife, Kim, for the last two years. Their children, 19-year-old Collin, a high school baseball standout. And 16-year-old Megan, a dancer. Their grandfather, on their mother's side, is in complete shock. I just lost one of my two children and my grandchildren. And I have no reason to believe there was anything wrong. Reporter: This morning, police say they are not looking for any suspect, though they are not ready to call this a murder/suicide. We're not leaving any stone unturned on this case. Reporter: We should tell you, the medical examiner has not officially identified the bodies. But the family members shared the terrible news with us, George. It is such a sad story. So troubling. Thank you, gio.
