When police arrested him for drunk driving, travis allegedly threatened them. He threatened to kill two of the troopers. Reporter: Travis was released on bond wednesday. Leaving jail barefoot, in just a paper suit. It's been a rough year for the country crooner. In february, he was busted for public intoxication, while parked outside a church near his home. Are you kidding me? No, sir. I'm not going to kid you. Reporter: He pleaded no contest to that charge. And his representatives have no comment on the latest one. Travis' legal troubles come after some personal problems. Namely a messy divorce in 2010 from his wife and former manager.
