It's crazy. Reporter: Slamming shopping carts into car after car. In Huron county, Michigan, crews using dynamite to break up ice dams on this river and prevent flooding. Finally in Minneapolis, blizzard conditions hampering roads and runways. At minneapolis/st. Paul airport, the snow falling so fast, crews couldn't keep up. So the cleanup here hasn't even started yet but the good news is there are no reports of any injuries, but the weather roller coaster not done just yet, the midwest now bracing for plunging temperatures and return of the bitter cold.
