Let's get some analysis now for -- c.'s Jake Tapper also in New Hampshire this morning Jake let's talk a little bit about Rick Santorum had that big. Big finish in Iowa got -- summoning the -- coming in the last couple of days raised a million dollars overnight but like Rick Perry he still has to construct. A path to victory. Maybe not in New Hampshire but beyond. That's right in his. Biggest challenge right now is to convince conservatives to consolidate. Around him conservatives are hitting the panic button they're having a retreat by conservative elites to discuss how -- they consolidate the anti Romney vote. For one candidate Rick Santorum trying to convince them that he is their candidate. But George when Berman and I went to that meeting last night that -- Santorum -- that town hall meeting it was basically two hours. -- policy discussion by Rick Santorum it was not. An effective way. -- candidate to get his message out in many different venues so it was it's still very open question whether he's going to be able to rise to the occasion for running national him. That's the big question need as we have the time to do what he did in Iowa treatment was visit one to voters at a time. In -- 99 -- you mention these conservatives. Trying to decide whether to coalesce. Around Rick Santorum meanwhile it seems. Like the Republican establishment is beginning to close ranks behind Romney John McCain's endorsement yesterday evidence number one. That's right. And of course you have but with McCain coming out in endorsing his onetime enemy you have the establishment stamping on around me in the Obama campaign still thinking. Romney is almost certainly going to be the nominee because. The New Hampshire George which is also a little experiment and retail politics this really becomes our resource game who has the most money to compete in South Carolina Florida Nevada going forward. Right now with those other three candidates -- Santorum Gingrich splitting the conservative vote it's really just Romney. He's the only one they can do this look there are ready absentee ballots in Florida. That are being filed four that primary on January 31 Rick Santorum didn't make. Did but Virginia ballot not because he didn't file enough signatures didn't even -- to file enough signatures he wasn't even in the game and that's the problem going forward for all these other non Romney candidacy. Later today just how much and in the money advantage Mitt Romney has the last fundraising. Results are going to be release and as you point out. He is the only one right now advertising in all of the states coming up South Carolina and Florida that is a key advantage for Mitt Romney right now we'll see. How the other candidates take off on him -- -- Jake Tapper thanks very much. And said Diane and I will be joining a New Hampshire -- this weekend moderating next big GOP debate Saturday night. Midnight eastern 6 Pacific. And then Sunday morning I and -- we have an odd at all next.
