The president of Russia has just signed a bill banning Americans from adopting Russian children. And this now blocks kids in the process of being adopted by American families from leaving Russia. Good morning to you just -- this controversial new bill banning US citizens from adopting Russian children is igniting a far storm among human rights activist. Who say this floor victimize as children to make a political point. -- US is the biggest destination for adopted Russian children. -- 60000 of them have been given a hand by Americans since the fall of the Soviet Union. What's even more heartbreaking is that there are currently 52 children in the process of being adopted.
