She has so many good qualities. So warm, so caring. He is the one friend that will give the hug when the other friends are being mean. Reporter: She's the catcher on her softball team. Loves hanging out with her friends. And playing with her guinea pig, toby. She's been totally normal since birth until last year. She had no issues. We had never had her in the hospital, ever. Reporter: But last february, after complaining of headaches and stomachaches, fraily's family brought her to the doctor. And they found a tumor in her brain. Fortunately, they were able to remove it entirely. She's amazing. She's like a little rock. And that's what kept us all together. Reporter: Fraily is part of the make-a-wish program. And her wish? I wish to meet salena gomez because she's awesome. Reporter: She thinks she and her family came to new york to talk to "gma" about make-a-wish and have ice cream at the serendipity restaurant. What was it like? Was it scary? What was it like? It wasn't scary. It was just good to get done with it. Reporter: Yeah. From the moment this all started, she's just been fearless. Have you had a frozen chocolate yet here? No. Reporter: Oh, they're so good. We made some small talk while we waiting for our desserts to arrive. What do you do with a guinea pig? I never got to have one. They don't do much. He just sits on my lap. Reporter: But who was waiting downstairs was a much bigger surprise. What did you say your wish was? To meet selena gomez?
