John, officials believe they're extremely dangerous. Reporter: Extremely dangerous. Authorities using thermal technology cornered who they thought were the two escaped inmates in the middle of the woods but when the s.W.A.T. Team moved in it turned out it wasn't them. Now we're going on almost 24 hours since the two went missing and the public is still on high alert. The manhunt is on this morning for these two escaped inmates, authorities now warning both men should be considered dangerous. Stay inside. Do not open the doors. Reporter: Now the hunt for 44-year-old brian tucker facing capital murder charges for strangling a man to death with shoelaces and 39-year-old john king, charged with evading arrest, burglary and going to the air. They vanished from the hopkins county jail. When authorities say a guard assigned to watch them through a window looked away. So how did the two inmates escape with barbaraed wire covering the top of this prison? Authorities believe they slipped through the fence. If you look closely here, you can see there's a gaping hole. The prison break leaving county officials shocked. We saw that there was a little hole at the bottom of the fence. Is that always there? Well, it's probably not a hole.
