Answer: Yes, you can expect to feel fatigue during radiation therapy. Fatigue is a normal, expected side effect of radiation therapy. If you come to the experience having just had chemotherapy or surgery, you may actually go into the experience feeling fatigued; but if you haven't had either of these, usually people come to the experience feeling pretty good. And then gradually, over the course of treatment, they begin to feel more and more fatigued, and that fatigue peaks at the end of therapy. And then gradually subsides over a period of weeks or months after therapy is complete.
