What Lifestyle Changes Will I Have To Make After I Am Diagnosed With Prostate Cancer?

Question: What lifestyle changes will I have to make after I am diagnosed with prostate cancer?

Answer: That's a difficult question, because it depends what your habits are. If you have good health habits, meaning you eat well, and you exercise, you shouldn't change your life and you should continue eating in moderation and exercising.

On the other hand, if you don't eat well, I would recommend that you see a dietician in the center that you are being treated and then develop with them a diet for you during the time that you're in treatment and perhaps for the rest of your life.

If you don't exercise, I would advice you to go and enroll yourself in an exercise program which is very important to keep up good health. In general, excess of anything is not good. Everything in moderation.
