Answer: Start off slow and gradually when you're getting into an exercise routine. You can start off with ten minutes of exercise, maybe a brisk walk and build upon that. If you do ten minutes, three times a day, that's your 30 minutes and that certainly is good for health. We know that it takes more exercise to help with weight loss and maintenance so you want to try to increase those minutes each week.
And certainly if you can't do five days or six days a week of exercise, you can start off with three days a week and build upon that.
