Question: What are the advantages of exercising in the morning versus later in the day or at night, and is one time better than another?
Answer: Some people find that exercising in the morning helps them to get the physical activity out of the way. However, not everybody is a morning exerciser. You're going to find that there's a time of the day that works best for you and the best time for you to exercise is one that you can keep the most consistent with.
So if you find that you can do a little bit in the morning and a little bit in the afternoon or split it up, then that certainly a good way to exercise. If you find that you can exercise closer to bedtime and it doesn't affect your sleep, then that's fine. You can definitely exercise before bed. However, if it keeps you up at night, then exercising before bedtime is not suggested.
