Laundry Detergent Pods an 'Emerging Public Health Hazard' Among Kids, Says CDC

There's a new warning for parents who use laundry pods about how kids are mistaking them for bright, colorful candy and eating them. There were 1,008 cases of detergent poisoning among kids during a 30-day period this summer, according to a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report released Thursday.
