George Chandler of Shawnee, Kan., was installing latticework at his home with a friend when his nail gun fired unexpectedly, driving a 2.5-inch nail into the top of his head. According to local reports, Chandler arrived at the hospital via ambulance, his hat nailed to his head. Doctors used a claw hammer to remove the nail, and Chandler says he is none the worse for wear after the incident. (ABC)
