In Michigan aid note in a neonatal intensive care unit is causing an intense debate and now a lawsuit. An African American nurse says -- hospital in Flint agreed to a father's request. And she says there was a note taped to a clipboard in the icu which read please no African American nurses to care for baby her dad's request. 49 year old nurse Tonya battles at the hospital reassigned her because she's black. Battle is now suing for discrimination and violation of the State's Civil Rights Act and is asking for punitive damages hospital officials say the father's request was denied.
