March 10, 2011— -- The queen's favored in-house designer, Angela Kelly, is most likely going to be dressing her royal highness for the royal wedding, reports The Express.

Kelly, 58, had humble beginnings as the daughter of a Liverpool docker. But she is now considered one of the queen's closest confidants, holding the stately title of personal adviser and curator in jewelry, insignias and wardrobe to her majesty, the queen of England.

In this role, Kelly is designing two outfits for the queen's grandson's April 29 nuptials at Westminster Abbey. These outfits, along with a third commissioned outside the palace, will be laid out for the queen on the morning of April 29. Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth will then chose which one she prefers to wear, depending on the weather.

A royal source claims, "I would be amazed if she didn't wear an Angela Kelly outfit for the wedding. Although it will ultimately be the queen's choice, Angela has her ear."
