Feb. 25, 2011— -- As April 29 approaches, speculation mounts as to which DJ will be chosen to spin at Prince William and Kate Middleton's royal reception -- an evening dinner dance. Thirty-one-year-old Sam Young, aka DJ Sam, is a popular guess.

DJ Sam has been linked to the couple since 2007, after the future king of England requested he play Outkast's hit "Hey Ya" at London's Boujis nightclub.

"Everyone is assuming I'm DJing that wedding, and I'm not going to comment," Young told The Associated Press.

His talent makes him a popular DJ to such stars as Elton John and Paul McCartney. Young recently spun at a wedding attended by Wills and Kate, where he played a mixture of 1950s and 1960s rock 'n' roll. "She [Kate] was dancing all night", Young told the AP.

DJ Sam tells ABC News that Kate's dancing skills are the better of the royal twosome, and that she enjoys a twirl. William is not shy but more "reserved."
