Royal Wedding Cake Sketches

This six-tier cake is covered with cascading sugar flowers, including English roses (the British national flower), lily of the valley and myrtle. In a tradition started by Queen Victoria, royal brides carry a sprig of myrtle in their bouquets. The white fondant tiers are "brush embroidered" with a daffodil and scroll design.
