Lance Armstrong Barred From Ironman France Amid Doping Allegations

Former professional cyclist Lance Armstrong has been barred by the organizers of Ironman France from competing in this month's triathlon now that he is facing formal doping charges from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency. Armstrong was told Wednesday that he is no longer allowed to compete in the June 24 race in Nice, France, Ironman France spokeswoman Delphine Vivet told The Associated Press.
