Scientists Say Buddha Statue Made of Meteorite

The statue was first discovered by the Nazis in Tibet as they were searching for the origins of the Aryan race. Now, scientists have established that an ancient Buddha statue known as the "Iron Man" was carved from the remains of a meteorite. The statue is some 24 centimeters tall, weighs 10.6 kilograms and depicts a male figure presumed to be the Buddhist god Vaisravana.
