Troops Exchange Fire on Israel-Lebanon Border; Israeli Colonel Killed

Israeli and Lebanese Army forces exchanged artillery fire across their border today. It's the most serious incident on the Israeli-Lebanese border since the war of 2006. The Israeli military has confirmed one of its officers, a battalion commander with the rank of colonel, was killed in the incident. His family has been notified.
