Venezuela VP: Contacts With US Diplomats Distorted

Venezuela's vice president on Thursday suggested that reports about recent contacts between U.S. and Venezuelan diplomats were distorted in implying the conversations were initial efforts toward improving relations if President Hugo Chavez dies.
