Good afternoon I'm Rebecca Jarvis an ABC news world headquarters in New York with an ABC news digital report. And -- the developing stories we're watching right now. A Libyan Islamist militia group has taken control of the US embassy in Tripoli. And we're seeing some of those images tonight from the facility some of the men inside the compound. Even playing an up -- the facility were evacuated last month as fighting between rival militia groups intensified. But -- American personnel are there. San Francisco 49 -- player Ray McDonald could be facing a six game suspension. The 29 year old defensive tackle was arrested on domestic violence charges in San Jose. McDonald is the first NFL player arrested since the league adopted her sure penalties for members involved in the -- And domestic violence cases. Comedian Joan Rivers remains unconscious at a new York city hospital.
