— -- Say goodbye to your horrible “case of the Mondays.”

Starting today, “Good Morning America”target="_blank" is upgrading your morning, surprising viewers coast to coast all week long by proving that small acts of kindness can truly have a big effect.

We’re paying it forward to help people jump start their week, and the lucky recipients this morning were commuters along the Pennsylvania Turnpike who were getting their tolls paid by “GMA,” along with an excited and friendly greeting from Cameron Mathison, who was manning one of the tollbooths in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.

“Have a great day, drive safely,” Mathison told at one of the shocked recipients. “Keep your cash. ‘Good Morning America’ is paying your toll. We’re upgrading your morning.”

“Wow,” is the only response one stunned driver could muster.

Drivers were certainly surprised, albeit a little confused, to find the enthusiastic Mathison waving them through without paying their toll.

“There was a little bit of confusion,” he explained, “But it’s a great way to start the day, it’s as great way to start the week.”

Mathison wasn’t the only one upgrading people’s mornings by doing his part to put a smile on our viewers’ faces.

Superstar Sofia Vergara also took part in the fun, joining Robin Roberts by picking one lucky viewer from our Times Square audience to join the actress inside our studio to hang out in our “GMA” Upgrade Station, lounging in plush leather chairs while sipping coffee and mimosas and enjoying fresh breakfast.

“Right there in the purple stripes,” Vergara said while pointing down to the chosen viewer from the Times Square Jumbotron.

“I can’t wait to meet her,” Vergara added.

The fortunate fan, Lupe, is escorted inside where she immediately gets comfortable with mimosa in hand chatting with Vergara; definitely not something she expected when waking up this Monday morning.

Not to leave all our other fabulous Times Square fans in the dark, they all got to receive free coffee and pastries from Nunchas food truck as well.

And we want you to join in. Show us how you're upgrading someone's morning by sending us a photo or video using the hashtag, #GMAUpgrade. Here’s a few we’ve received so far.
