June 2, 2014— -- Can't wait for the final "Hunger Games" installment to hit the silver screen? It appears that the odds are in your favor.

The fourth film in the series, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, isn't due to hit theaters until Nov. 20, 2015. But Katniss fans will receive an unexpected gift--not unlike a tribute, starving for something to revive her spirits -- in the form of a touring exhibition next summer.

Lionsgate Films has announced "The Hunger Games: The Exhibition," an interactive spectacle featuring artifacts straight from the movie sets for "The Capitol" and "various Districts of Panem," according to a statement.

"We're thrilled to launch this initiative with the U.S. tour of The Hunger Games exhibition, which celebrates the world of The Hunger Games and offers Hunger Games fans an extensive behind-the-scenes look at the movie-making process," said Lionsgate Chief Marketing Officer Tim Palen.

While details at this time are scant, enthusiasts should look for the tour to appear in major museums and institutions across the country along with nationwide advance ticket sales.
