March 1, 2014 — -- While the question on the red carpet this Sunday will invariably be, "Who are you wearing?" another query will circulate the fabulous Oscar fetes of Tinsel Town and beyond: "What are you drinking?"

Whether you're in Beverly Hills or somewhere abroad, luxury hotels are planning Hollywood-themed celebrations that will feature a bevy of delicious libations.

Here are a few of our favorites:

Parq Bar at Montage Beverly Hills has curated a selection of award-season sips, including the "American Hustle"-themed "Grand Scam," which includes vodka, Lillet Rose, fresh lemon juice and Peychaud's bitters. Loosely referencing a humorous dessert scene in the film, this "sweet and sour" cocktail would not be out of place in the hands of Rosalyn Rosenfeld (Jennifer Lawrence) or Sydney Prosser (Amy Adams).

The Beverly Hills Hotel is extending its party across the pond to 45 Park Lane in London. Both properties will feature celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck's red-carpet menu accompanied by a selection of Best Picture-themed drinks, including "The Wolf of Wall Street"-inspired "Lemon Quaalude," combining Absolut Citron Vodka with Pernod Absinthe, lemongrass and lemon; and "Gravity's" "Trouble on the Hubble" which mixes Russian Standard Vodka with honey and lemon served "over an ice globe."

Meanwhile, the Hotel Bel-Air is keeping its cocktails a little more broadly themed with two special offerings: The "Paint the Town Red" mixes Ketel One Citroen, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a kiss of raspberry Puree. For something a bit bubblier, try the "Platinum Toast," a delightful combination of Henriot Brut Souverain, Grand Marnier, angostura bitters and a sugar cube.
