Holy Mountain: Without a doubt, Har Karkom shows indications of being a place of worship in pre-Biblical times. Petroglyphs, stone circles, altars, even designs only seen from the air dot the landscape. Here Gal Vine, an Israel National Parks ranger, shows correspondent John Donvan and his camera crew an example of the rock art prevalent at Har Karkom. Many scenes are of animals and hunters. "You can see this art is very simple," said Vine, "describing everything from hunting to other symbols we don't know how to interpret yet." (Ely Brown / ABC News)
