Tourists visit Rwanda to see the endangered mountain gorillas.
Into the Wild
Finding the gorillas is difficult: The terrain is rough, the altitude is high and the ground is muddy. The tourists walk for several hours before finally getting close enough to view a gorilla family. The tourists are asked to set aside walking sticks, because sometimes the gorillas mistake them for spears and attack. (AP Photo)
