Sarah Michelle Gellar got her start in showbiz on "AMC" in 1993 as Erica Kane's daughter, Kendall Hart, but returned to the show Sept. 21, 2011 as a delusional patient at Pine Valley Hospital who thinks she's Erica's daughter. Her cameo marked the first time she's returned to the show since leaving in 1995, the same year she took home a Daytime Emmy for her role on the show. (ABC News)
