Salmon, salmon everywhere. Three farms off the island of Chiloe in Southern Chile. Seventy percent of the word's salmon comes from salmon farms like these. As the world's population grows and the world's appetite for fish grows more and more of the fish we eat will come from fish farms. It's estimated that within the next decade half of the seafood - salmon, mussels, shrimp and more - will come from fish farms.
